Service & maintenance
Performance doesn’t hold itself.

Annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) that keep chillers, condensing units, HVAC plant, ETS and PICVs, BMS and meters running as they should, with planned visits, one accountable team and a report after every visit.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Annual maintenance
contracts (AMC).

Comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMCs for chillers, condensing units, HVAC, ETS, BMS and metering, tailored to your building.

Non-comprehensive AMC

Scheduled maintenance and call-outs, with spare parts quoted separately when needed.

  • Planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
  • Breakdown and emergency call-outs
  • Service report after every visit

WHAT WE DELIVER

Service & maintenance

Annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) that keep chillers, condensing units, HVAC plant, ETS and PICVs, BMS and meters running as they should, with planned visits, one accountable team and a report after every visit.

Preventive and predictive maintenance

Regular inspections backed by data analytics and IoT sensors, so faults are found before they cause downtime.

Fault detection and diagnosis

Root causes addressed, not just symptoms reset.

Chillers and central plant

Specific maintenance for chillers, boilers and other central systems.

Meter and sensor calibration

Calibration and optimisation of meters and sensors so readings stay reliable.

BMS and lighting maintenance

Keeping controls, schedules and lighting systems working as intended.

Reporting and emergency response

Documentation, compliance monitoring, user training and defined emergency response protocols.

Why maintenance mattersOptimised systems drift over time. Planned maintenance keeps them near their optimised level.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMCs)?

Yes. We offer comprehensive AMCs (spare parts and consumables included) and non-comprehensive AMCs (spare parts quoted separately), tailored to your building.

Can you take over from our current maintenance contractor?

Yes. We start with a site survey and asset register, review the existing records and agree a handover date, so there is no gap in cover.

Can an AMC cover equipment we did not install?

Yes. The survey confirms the condition of existing equipment, and anything that needs attention first is reported before the AMC starts.

How is an AMC priced?

Every AMC is quoted for the site, based on the equipment, the number of visits and whether it is comprehensive or non-comprehensive. Request a proposal and we will arrange a survey.

How does maintenance affect energy use?

Optimised systems drift: filters load, valves stick and setpoints get overridden. Regular inspection, calibration and fault detection keep delivered savings from slipping away.
